COMMERCIAL TRUCK INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
● All financed vehicles are required to carry liability, comprehensive, and collision insurance coverage.
● The maximum deductible allowed for comprehensive and collision coverage is $1000.00.
● The stated value of physical damage coverage must equal the purchase price of the vehicle.
● All coverages must be effective for a minimum of 90 days after date of purchase.
● Lienholder/Loss Payee must be listed on physical damage policy as follows:
