COMMERCIAL TRUCK FINANCE PROGRAM
● REQUIREMENTS FOR LOAN APPROVAL ●
(It is imperative that you have the following items completed BEFORE arriving for your loan closing. If you are missing any of the items below, please call your sales associate immediately before arriving for your loan closing.)
#1 - PROOF OF INCOME : If company driver, provide last 2 paycheck stubs/load sheets. If self-employed, provide complete bank statements from last 2 months and Certificate of Authority from US DOT.
#2 - PROOF OF HAULING REFERENCE : You must provide a Intent to Hire Letter (or) signed contract from leasing company.
#3 - AUTOMATIC DRAFT : Current bank statement and voided check from personal/business checking or savings account in the purchaser's name to be used for automatic drafting of payments.
#4 - PROOF OF RESIDENCE : Complete utility bill (gas, power, water, or cable/satellite) or mortgage statement from the address at which you live dated within the last 30 days.
#5 - PROOF OF TELEPHONE : Complete bill from home and/or cell phone dated within last 30 days.
#6 - FAMILY REFERENCE SHEET : Name, address, and telephone # of 10 references.
#7 - DRIVER'S LICENSE : Copy of valid CDL (and) copy of driver's valid CDL.
#8 - SOCIAL SECURITY CARD :
#9 - DOWN PAYMENT : Cash, credit card, debit card, or cashier's check only. We also need your title if trading a vehicle in.
#10 - PROOF OF FULL COVERAGE TRUCK INSURANCE : All trucks are required to carry liability and physical damage insurance coverage. The maximum deductible allowed for comprehensive and collision coverage is $1000.00. Lienholder/Loss Payee/Additional Insured must be listed as follows:
